For the past five years I have been working as a recruiter in IT staffing local to Wisconsin. Through this, I'm been fortunate to find my passion for helping others throughout their job search. The purpose of this blog is to help the average person put their best foot forward with a great resume, an understanding of the job market, and anything they may need in between.

Outside of recruiting and blogging, I enjoy bowling, reading, and hiking when the Wisconsin weather cooperates.
